The subwoofer recently stopped working, after making an awful noise through the speakers. The unit will not now turn on – e.g. the power LED doesn't come on, and no sound comes of of the speaker/connected speakers. I've changed the fuse in the power cord, and swapped power cords to no effect. The manual refers to a thermal protection cut-out, but it isn't that, as the subwoofer has not been working for a week or so now.
