Amp/receiver wont power on fully. when I connect the plug the standby led is on (solid red). when I press the power button the standby led flashes, suggesting the amp is in "protected mode". I do hear a click when I press the switch, so it sounds like a relay is trying to connect. I have removed all cables and left powered off overnight. still have the same issue.

EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
