I used this unit and it worked perfectly then I stored it in my insulated loft in its box for around 6 or 7 years and a week or so ago I got it back out of storing it in my loft and plugged it in to electric socket and nothing…. no lights, no power showing to it… I’ve tried different plug, different fuse, but it won’t power up. I want it fixed if you can help.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
