Dear Sirs,
I got your number as a recommended repairer of Sony products. I have a Sony Walkman personal radio cassette player Model WM-FX193 which is way out of Sony Warranty or support but in very good condition. Recently the tape began to shut down automatically after after 10-30 seconds of perfect play, just as though the tape had come to an end. Since the tape motor, radio and everything else seems to be working OK I was wondering if this could be fixed. I would be grateful for your advice.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
