Since this hi-fi has sentimental value, I’d like it restored by professionals and to know whether the parts / labour come with a warranty / after-care service.I have 4 x Technics Separates from 1990s plus 2 Technics Speakers.
CD Player: I plugged it in today and the CD player did not read discs inserted giving me the ‘no disc’ message, but I think this is a dirt/dust issue because it played CDs approx. 1 year ago when I used it last. Please service / fix as necessary?
Twin Tape Decks: The tape decks don’t work properly (stopping and starting) and since today, a tape is stuck in the right-hand deck so please quote for a fix?
Graphic Equalizer: is working fine, but please quote on a service?
Amplifier / Tuner: The Amplifier seems fine although this has an in-built tuner which is not picking up any radio stations (could be the stock aerial)
Speakers: I think these are blown and I’d like them refurbished; speaker covers have been lost over time and replacements would be good but not essential. Please refurbish / fix?
Remote Control: If there ever was one, I’ve lost it so please quote for a new one

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
