Hi there,I am looking for a quote/estimate for an internal fault in a Technics RS-HD75 Tape Deck. When in use, the sound is so muffled that it drowns out the music behind it. The fault is definitely within the tape deck and not the speakers as the speakers are fully working when used with other hifi separates (the cd player and the tuner for example). Would it, therefore, be possible for you to provide a quote for the repair of this tape deck on headed paper (marked with the name and address of your store, the date the repair quote is supplied, an explanation of the problem and if it is repairable (and if so, a quote) or not)? This is to allow me to receive compensation from a shipping company for the damage sustained to the tape deck in transit.
