I contacted ypu department by chat i m from uk now live in thailand my cd draw got stuck so I opened it up the white spindle on top plate seems to need a little push down now and again i took the silver plate that hold white spindle draw open no issues ,I pyt the plate back on still work fine but work like to change white spindle to be sure cannot send unit as due to customs here and expensence so just send silver plate and spindle
