I have a pair of Yamaha HS80M active studio monitors – one of them has developed a fault where it begins to hum, this gets louder and louder until it begins to make a loud rhythmic thumping noise that only stops when I power down the speaker – I tried swapping the speakers over in case it was some kind of ground loop issue with the channel going to that speaker but the problem persisted.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
