THIS LAPTOP IS TOUCHSCREEN BUT THERE IS A CRACK IN THE SCREEN SO THE TOUCH FUNCTION NO LONGER WORKS. I HAD IT STABILISED TO ENABLE ME TO WORK ON IT UNTIL I AM READY TO FIX THE CRACK.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
