Need a mini usb charging port replaced. At present port does no accept any charge for battery charging or working off mains . Works fine with current battery charge that is left. Charges OK when using a docking port
While the motherboard is out I also need the USB 3 port looked and and probably replaced. Does no accept any USB devices when they are plugged in . The USB 3 Port device drivers seem to load fine and show no error. Only when a USB devices are plugged in, shows unknown usb device descriptor failed. Tested and is a defective port on the motherboard.
