I have a damaged laptop which is a Surface Book that I purchased less than a year ago from international reliable retail store.
Even after a 3 year guarantee which expires until 2019. I was suggested by the qualified and technical engineers to pay up to £597.32 to fix the damaged charging port.
With this outcome I was very disappointed as it is a reliable retail store whilst having guarantee.
I'm hoping for a better suggestions, quotes and service.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
