Touchscreen and pen input not working properly.
I thought it was a software issue as I could get touchscreen only or both touchscreen and pen input to work following a Windows reset / driver re-installation. But upon a new Windows session, both are lost again.
I have spent 6 weeks trying all of Microsoft tips on restreaming with various OS images, driver packages, hard resets etc. but any fix is temporary.
I ran battery report and energy reports.
