Touch Functionality and LED Screen are unaffected by the damage.External Frame Bezel is chipped / dented / malformed in top left corner and cracked around the Power Button. Power button has been angled clockwise by the damage. Power Button functionality, Volume Rocker Button and AUX port unaffected by the damage.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
