Mine is not Laptop battery.
It is Lithium Battery with '20 Samsung Cells Bank' for HoverBoard/Segway. It has about 9V current at the moment but should be 36V.
It is pack/Bank of 20 Cells, it is packed in plastic sheet, it could be cut easily to access the Cells. When we plug in the charger the Charger light stays Green instead of Red. In short the battery doesn't charge.
