Battery is bad, I believe. It doesn't work at all if taken off the charging dock. Travel charge/power adapter won't recognize or charge, it was the first to quit working, so could only use dock to charge. Then SP3 quit working all together off dock. I have run some diagnostics and am familiar with computer tech support issues, due to work roles. Believe warranty has expired too, was looking grim for my machine until i did one more search and found your site today.
Its been stuck at "29% not charging" when checking battery properties for at least 3 months now +-. Thank you in advance.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
