I have capple down draft cooker hood BK900, The hood will not rise and I believe that there is a fault in the PCB in the control box, because there isn't any power getting to what looks like a large capacitor which has SINTEX 45s. B10.5 on the side and AC 400V B 25/85/21 and AC 450V C 25/85/21.
