    I shorted the FPGA chip and the power circuit through shorting the vadj. I conencted an extension lvds breakout pcb (Zipcores FMC-BRK Mezzanine Card) to LVDS pins on the Nexys video PCB, where the breakout fmc is powered by the FPGA board's Vadj. I had my digital signal of interest soldered to the breakout fmc card but unfortunately I shorted the circuit by soldering the wrong pins, which killed the fpga pcb power. The board did not smoke when it stopped working nor smelt anything so i assume the board is somehow revivable. I short-tested the FPGA PCB and it seems that the power circuit, some of the indutors and voltage regulators (like IC28), and the artix-7 fpga chip were shorted. I wanted to desolder the FPGA chip from the board and test if anything else is shorted but I couldn't it as it needs professional equipment and heating. My request is that Could you please debug the whole PCB to see what else is shorted and if we could revive the board. If there is chance then I would also like you to replace/resolder the fried components like the artix-7, ic28 etc.. with new ones. Could you please give me an estimate of the repair costs ?
