Circuit tester recently purchased 2nd hand but completely as new worked for 30 minutes then turned off and wont restart. Ive checked battery tray contacts, links and looked at pcb under magnifyer but no visible defects. It was not dropped or exposed to water etc so presumably a defective diode etc, hopefully it's not the chip.
