This is the PCB that backlights the Jaguar Automatic Transmission J-gate shift mechanism. It's 25 years old and the lamps fail on it. They are Bi-Pin T1 60ma lamps directy soldered onto the PCB. It looks as though someone has had a go at replacing them in the past and damaged the traces to the lamps. Everything else on the board works perfectly. I've got the replacement bulbs but don't want to try fixing them myself.
