I bought a Mobile DVR from a supplier in china off eBay and I have just fitted it out of the box into my van. The power light illuminates but nothing else works. I am familiar with these products and know it is wired up correctly but it doesn't work at all, the only sign of life is that the power led on the front illuminates but that is it. I dont know if its a PCB to be honest.
