    I hope this mail finds you well. I am hoping that you can help me.

    I have what I believe is a simple PCB which has been damaged due to leaking alkaline batteries. The PCB comes from an old Panasonic CD Tape Deck Radio Portable Unit – the PCB forms part of the battery carrier system.

    Due to the PCB damage the unit no longer retains it memory e.g. pre set radio stations nor will it power up using batteries.

    Below is a photo of the PCB showing the damage. There is also a photo of the front of the PCB.

    I also have included a screen shot of the PCB from the Service Manual for this unit.

    Based on this information would it be possible for you to repair this PCB perhaps using wire jumpers to bypass the damaged copper tracks ?
