The board runs a chair up and down. It works on one direction, the other direction gets the signal as you can hear the click but doesn't put the voltage to the motor, motor works in reverse when cables swapped. Looks like a relay had failed has two capacitors on the board, but they look ok. There are 3 relays IMO SRL-1CT-SL-24VDC
