Unit is failing to output HDMI or VDA and is not sending output to the Swann server. Checked fault with Swann Technical Support who confirm the unit is faulty after checking PSU, connections and outputs – the unit is no longer covered under warranty. Green power light on front of unit is illuminated – no other lights on front are lit – POE connections on back of unit are randomly flashing – no 'characteristic' sound coming from the unit suggesting it is working "it's all very quiet". Can you help please.
CIRCUMSTANCES:- The unit is just over 2 years old and not suffered any defects before – it is kept in good environmental conditions (my study) with free ventilation surrounding and has not suffered shock or water ingress.
