It lost the sensor point on the lowest right part of the screen it doesn't recognizes my touch in that part of the screen. I already made the factory reset, as it is recommended on the troubleshooting section of the instructions manual but it didn't fix the problem. I turned on the pointer and I could see clearly that the sensor is not working, because it doesn't show the pointer when I'm touching in that area. Thanks

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
