This is a new phone which was delivered with a faulty screen. The screen flickers and only partially displays making it unusable. The phone can't be sent back to China due to the battery and also I am reluctant to send back for repair without any guarantee of having it fixed and returned. The supplier has offered to send a replacement screen.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
