There is a problem with 3G and 4G coverage. It only works 2G (E). Where other phones have 4G coverage this BLUBOO Maya Max has only 2G. With manual network search, the phone shows all networks and all operators at all frequencies 2G, 3G, 4G, but when I select a 4G network, the range disappears and then switches to 2G

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
