Phone boots (I can hear the startup tune). The screen flickers, and is almost black (there is a very low backlight present). The phone vibrates and pressing 'Power' turns it off. I am certain the phone has booted but the screen isn't working. I have tried flashing the official ROM from Elephone but although that process goes okay (the flash tool reports successful install) it is still the same. I think it is a hardware issue.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
