Had an update, phone went into no command. Needs flashing and re-installing rom maybe stock I don't no. It's kinda looping. Still get menu when hold vol up and on/off button, computer reconizes phone in (devices) when pressed fast boot, basically needs flashing & rom. Or putting compressed zip scattered on memory card and installed that way. Thanks

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
