There is a small crack at the bottom rh corner of the screen hardly 4mm into the screen but the touch recognition is not affected. However the bigger issue is that it will not recognise my SIM card and comes up 'Sim not ready'
We have tried a new nano sim in both of the ports but going to settings, it shows them as empty and the dragable button is greyed out and will not work.
I perhaps foolishly bought the phone from a German ebayer and was a bit over confident in my translating abilities! Wonder if there is anything you may be able to fix or suggest a where to go with it??
