I bought a Motorola e13 mobile phone on 03.03.2023. For a few weeks now, the mobile phone has suddenly switched off from time to time. For a week now, it has also stopped recognising my two sim cards and displays the message "No Service". The sim cards are neither dirty nor damaged, they also work in other mobile phones.
My Motorola mobile phone is also not dirty, wet or damaged on the outside. I bought the mobile phone in Germany, where it still has a year's warranty (a total of 24 months by law). But now I live in Cambridge. I don't know if the repair is still covered by the warranty here? Would you advise me to contact Motorola in the UK directly?
