My son decided to give a shower to my new OPPO A57. How many minutes the water was running on my phone i have no clue. It had plastic case and it worked at the beginning. After 4 days drying the screen went off. Its functioning but i cant see a thing on the screen. My alarm still wakes me up and touch screen reacts but screen is dead. Of cos it could be other issues but its really hard to say when i cant see a thing on the screen.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
