I’d fitted a screen protector and gel case from new. Knocks and bangs over time seemed only to crack and smash the screen protector. This morning it fell out of the van and landed on its face. Now some parts of the screen do not respond to touch and the whole screen is bright green and black darting furiously between open windows, unable to stabilise or respond to touch. All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
