The screen needs to be replace has deep crack in the bottom right hand corner and 3 hairline cracks from the bottom right hand corner going upwards to the left hand side in the middle. Everything else works perfectly fine it is just the cracks on the screen.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
