Dear sir/madam
I am writing on regards to a Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge plus handset, the handset is no longer charging, due to various number of indicated problems such as water damage and screen is cracking, the bottom needs new screen, it will not switch on or charge, the screen has gone. The Charge port connector is fully working, but will not charge as per normal.
The headphone socket, battery and charge port connects the orginal charger provided fully and no signs of charger port damage. Therefore would like the cost of repair to this device, and length of time it will take to repair.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
