Screen took impact damage leaving black ink link remnants in top band of screen. This was a couple of months ago, but it continued to work fine. Yesterday it seems to have gone completely black, but flashes intermittantly. On charge you can see safe mode ad top band of the wallpaper home screen howeever the screen is completely unresponsive. I have been able to take calls on it, but not from the handset – only through handsfree in car.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
