Since my last software update on my phone. The charging of my phone have been very slow my phone used to say 1h30 min to fully charged but its been saying 6h + till fully charged .Sometimes i would turn of my phone and turn it back on on it would be on 99% charged but as i'm using my phone the battery would drain really quickly. When my battery is low i would put it on charge and it takes 4 hours to charge from 0 to 10%, this has been going on for a month. A couple of days ago my phone turn off by it self and refused to turn on the screen was thecharging icon flashing but the phone wasn't charging. The next day i decided to reboot my phone but my phone didn't reboot normally and it has been stuck on the 'recovery booting …' flashing on a black screen it only appears when it is plug in to a charging source . Also when my phone is not charging it doesn't come on like before with the samsung logo it just a blank screen.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
