The phone started off with troubles with internal storage, even when i uninstall all the apps it will still play up and close what ever i had open at that time, the camera has stopped working, when i go to open the camera it says that it can not locate it and it does not show up in the app settings either, and finally the battery woud not charge to 100% it would only go to about 60-70% and now it will not turn on at all, if i place it on charge it will show the charging screen for a second, when try to turn its self on, then it will shut down and do this again without me touching the power button and it will do the same even after taking it off charge, the phone is designed to be water proof down to 1m, i have kept it out of water yet there seems to be condensation behind both camera lenses

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
