I have just tried to take a photograph with my Ulefone Be Touch 2 and all I get is the front camera with me upside down. There is no icon on screen to change it back to main rear camera.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
