Hi there
Was charging the phone whilst powered off and it was around 53% – I pressed the power button to check the battery progress and then it went blank and now I cant power the phone on at all. There is also normally a red LED at the top of the phone to indicate charge is in progress but no LED either now. The screen is also scratched but isnt affecting the use of the phone but if its going to be sent in to fix the power/battery/charging port issue, I thought I might get a quote to also get the screen replaced too at the same time? I dont think it needs a new digitizer, just the touch screen/glass….

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
