My screen has one crack across the screen which means i can't unlock the phone as my login shape goes through this crack.
This is a new issue, however was going to need to get an repair anyway as I have had issues with the phone having phantom screen swipes/ touches. At times it wouldn't recognize my touch however would suddenly decide to press buttons itself. This issue only seemed the case in the mornings so after hour or two it would work normally so wasn't critical to this point. Now i can't even enter my phone it's time i need to fix both issues.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
