The phone switched itself off 5 days ago, and won't turn back on again. The red notification light shows when connected to the charger, but phone still won't turn on.
The mobile did this about a month ago, but was still turned on and was stuck on bootloop screen, so when the battery depleted, I was able to charge and turn on the phone. This time the phone won't even go to boot screen.
The screen protector is cracked, but I DON'T need a new screen.
Can the mobile be repaired and a new battery installed? Possibly WITHOUT doing a factory reset on the phone as there are alot of things on the phone I would like to recover. Thank you.
