Hi. Having trouble with the 6 month old UmiDigi Plus E and wondered if you could help.
The unit got VERY HOT in my pocket the other day, and so I immediately turned the phone off.
On turning it back on the screen display was set on about 35% brightness, and no matter what I did using brightness control, it would not change brightness. It is stuck on a low level screen brightness.
I did a HARD RESET of the unit but the problem is still there. I cannot change brightness control.
Plus the phone got VERY HOT again yesterday, which indicates some kind of battery issue AND ambience/brightness control hardware issue.I contacted the reseller 'Coolicool.com', who have instructed me to get a 'local' quote for repair so they can conform/agree a repair on this basis.
Therefore I wondered if you could please get back to me with an estimate.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
