The Screen is perfect, no cracks so do not need a replacement. However, the digitizer is playing up massively and parts of the screen do not respond to touch. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
