TABLET WAS DROPPED BY SON AND SCREEN IS NOW CRACKED BUT NOT THE TOP SCREEN AS I CAN'T 'FEEL' THE CRACKS. TABLET STILL TURNS ON AND SOME AREAS OF SCREEN CAN BE USED BUT NOT OTHERS, IN PARTICULAR UNDER THE CRACK, HENCE I PRESUME ITS THE 'UNDER LAYER'. NOT VERY TECHNOLOGICAL SORRY BUT I'M OLD LOL.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
