When tablet turns on, it takes a long time for it registers that you've tapped on an app. It is incredibly slow and it hangs. It scrolls on it's own. I sent it off for repair a long time ago for a cracked screen. It came back to me like this, but gradually got worse until I couldn't use it anymore.
