      • Tablet was knocked onto hard floor while charging, it landed on the charger cable where it connects to the table, causing the screen to crack from the side, across the screen and to damage to charger port, so it will only charge when the cable is pulled up. it also charges much more slowly. The damage means that the screen no longer responds to touch. The LCD appears to be undamaged and the machine works fine with the keyboard.
