My Kindle (bought in 2011) has stopped working since approximately 3 months ago. It keeps freezing and restarting itself. Once restarted, it keeps for another 10 min and then the same happens. The Amazon Customer Service cannot offer any other advice rather than restarting it, which I have done so many times in vain. At the moment, my Kindle froze and doesn't even react to charging (nothing changes on the screen, although I can see the yellow charging light).
Would you be able to fix this? Is it at all fixable?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
