I inadvertently sat on the kindle- there was a small cracking noise and now it does not work- although holding charge and seems to power down and up again. ? possible damage to screen as there looks to be a slight "crease" or bend mark. I did find a You tube video that suggest the problem would be a connector

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
