Screensaver on permanently, tried reset button, but no change. When charging amber light on permanently doesn't change to green.
Removed battery with no change, screen still shows screensaver when battery removed. Used multimeter on battery connections and shows 5.2 v at terminals ?
Battery refitted and still faulty.
At no time during the above did the screen change from picture of pencils ???

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
