The device was working perfectly well then overnight it has completely died. Pressing the power button elicits no response. I think the battery is (or was) fully charged. I have left it for several days but no change. Have tried holding in the power button for a minute or so but no joy.
There is a smallish crack or scratch at the bottom of the screen but it has been working OK for some time after this appeared. I don't think a picture would be much help to you.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
